Return Process – 30 Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Here's how:

Email our customer service team at info@shadowluxco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.

Warranty Procces

All ShadowLux dog products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from chewing, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product fails to meet acceptable quality.
